There are a number of house rules for the Alte Bachmuhle chalet:
- Smoking; The Alte Bachmuhle building is a “high fire risk” because of the nature of its wooden construction, therefore, it is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere in the Chalet.
- Ski/Boot Storage; Ski’s, ski boots/muddy walking boots must be taken off and left in the ski room at all times, it is strictly forbidden to wear them in the corridors and in the apartment.
- Shoes; A shoe rack is provided for you to keep your wet or dirty shoes on before entering the apartment, but not ski boots/walking boots which much be kept in the boot room.
- Noise; Please have consideration for other guests when entering the Chalet late at night. Keep the noise level to a minimum, so as not to disturb other guests. No loud partying in the apartment or balcony after mid-night, thank you.
- heating; please make sure at all times the sofa is pulled away from the radiator in the main living room, or the apartment will become cold. The “fire effect” electric fan heater is only to be used for short periods of time due to the nature of the design and must be switched off at all times when leaving the apartment.
- Rubish; Please read and observe the rubbish re-cycling rules for Veihhofen. These vary throughout Austra and are strictly enforced. Full details of how to sort your rubbish can be found in the guest book and written on the various bins. The apartment bins must be emptied into the main corresponding rubbish bins, found in the ski room & outside the main entrance.
Damage

If any damage or large breakages are found they will be photographed by the cleaners and evidence will be supplied to the owner.
