Things to do with the family
Lindlingalm at the top of the Hinterglemm valley is a world of adventure, with a water play park, wood Sculpture Park and their very own Golden Gate Bridge, spanning the valley, leading to a treetop walkway. Places to see and go
For the best views of the lake at Zell am See and a nice evening meal to watch the sun set over the lake, visit the Pfefferbauer Hotel Restaurant
Swimming
If it's all a bit too much and you just want to take the plunge, you can make a splash at the Pool in Saalbach or at the Lido down on the Lake at Zell am See. More locally, there is the pool at the Hecherhütte, just on the mountain above Viehhofen
Extreme Sports
The Saalbach Hinterglemm valley also hosts the Adidas freeride park on the reiterkogel and the x-line on the schattberg, providing challenging downhill mountainbiking for every freerider, and one of the longest downhill courses in Europe. Down in Zell am See-Kaprun you can set your pulse racing with white water rafting, canyoning, clmbing, paragliding and much more with local adventue school ASOS!
